mobility EXERCISES
This page is dedicated to the various mobility and stretching exercises that will assist in your rehabilitative process. With any injury, there will be some muscle that is tight or a joint that is not as mobile. By doing these exercises you will gain flexibility and mobility in the areas that we are working to improve.
